With a deep appreciation for the area’s heritage and a forward-thinking approach to local government, I’m committed to serving the residents of Kerrs Creek with integrity, transparency, and common sense. My campaign focuses on real issues that matter, including protecting rural land, higher paying jobs, affordable housing, and access to childcare. I believe in practical representation that keeps citizens informed, heard, and respected.
Personal Commitment to Rockbridge County
After 20 years in the US Army and multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Balkans, my family settled in Rockbridge County to put down roots. My daughters went to middle and high school here and my wife spent over ten years as a nurse for the Rockbridge County Health Department, both in Lexington and Buena Vista. I’ve spent years listening to neighbors, volunteering in the community, and supporting efforts that improve quality of life in Rockbridge County. My familiarity with local issues after eight years on the Rockbridge Economic Development Authority makes me well qualified to represent Kerrs Creek on the Board of Supervisors.
Focused on Community Needs
My priorities are simple and people-centered. I believe in preserving the rural character of Kerrs Creek while supporting initiatives to grow our local economy, make housing more affordable, and improve access to quality childcare. I promise to listen carefully to residents and work collaboratively to find solutions. I’m not interested in political drama, and I am the only candidate with a positive, cooperative relationship with the other members of the Board of Supervisors. My focus is on meaningful progress that reflects the values and needs of the people who live and work in Rockbridge County.

I’m committed to serving with honesty and transparency. I believe that public officials should be approachable and open about their decisions. Whether attending public meetings, answering questions, or responding to concerns, I will remain fully engaged with the community throughout my term. My campaign is based on trust, service, and respect for the voices of Kerrs Creek and Rockbridge County.
